                                                           Smoking

          smoking is a dangerous bad habit.it contains nicotine.it causes different diseases and damages our brain and lungs.most of the people are addicted it by someone ,specially our teenagers are affect by their friends.every year the number of people are death for this reason and sometimes they are avoided their family,which really shock-able.
         

           smoking has a lot of disadvantage .it causes different diseases such as cancer of different part of the body and brain stoke which makes para lashed our body.first of fall someone addicted by others and after some days they become chain smoker which really unthinkable.our young generation are involved day by day but they do not know about the effect of smoking.they couldn't understand how many diseases and naturally they fall in death.



          In smoking said :"There's no way around it. Smoking is bad for your health. Smoking harms nearly every organ of the body. Cigarette smoking causes 87 percent of lung cancer deaths. It is also responsible for many other cancers and health problems. These include lung disease, heart and blood vessel disease, stroke and cataracts. Women who smoke have a greater chance of certain pregnancy problems or having a baby die from sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS). Your smoke is also bad for other people - they breathe in your smoke secondhand and can get many of the same problems as smokers do".

         Despite the warnings given by doctors about the ill-effects of smoking, people continue to smoke. Smokers are addicted to it, and even if they want to, they cannot refrain from picking up a cigar or cigarette and puffing away. Some youngsters smoke for the sake of society and some feel that would make them appear liberated and broadminded.

             Finally ,  I think that smoking is a really harmful to mankind and it waste our valuable life and valuable many thing like property and so many on.so everyone should conscious about the bad effect of smoking and our government should try to increase awareness .
lstly i would like to say if we want to get good health and wealth than we should avoid it

 Our Friends

Good friends are wonderful. They're there to support you and to help you. They make you laugh and feel good . I'm lucky, I have three very good friends in America. Sure, I have lots of other friends. .
We may spend a our of time in front of our computers, but that doesn't mean we don't have a life. They encourage  me when I am sad, they entertain  when I lonesome, and they listen when I need to them .
It's hard to think of what my life would be like without them. We are more similar than we know and mean a lot to each other. One other thing I love in my honest friends is they always ask me about my health, my education, and all other things. For instance, "A good friend can tell you what is the matter with you in a minute.  .
  . Actually, they almost do good things.

 About my friend in my home ,I always try to connection to them . I don't want to loss them . What make me sad in the few weeks ago my  best friend Kadijah lost his husband. I felt sad because I cant stand by her in his big situation .But it's ok I try to call her any time to support her .

So, if you want to ,live more and be happy don’t lost your friends if you have , if you don’t hurry up and look for new friends.

Nature
Everyday in the morning when I get out of my home. I see the sunlight and I feel  warmth. All that tells today will be better than yesterday. So, How can the nature affect our life? nature plays significant role in our life. It gives us more hope to contunuous our life. I see my self and other if we feel angry or frustrating the first thing we do we go out the house to the nature embraces us.

we breath the cold air to refresh us and carry with it all the stress out of our body also, when I take my children to play withe snow or sand I can see they feel happy. When they touch the tree or the flower that help them to understand the natures law.

A cording to MATT RICHTEL in his article'O'utdoors and out of reach, studing the Brain'' he mention  how we need the nature to help our self to get ride from all the lifes stress. Its small thing but it has a big effect in our self he went every year to Utahs river without cell phone or any thing technology just interesting with nature .

       All of us had a position that can't control by his/her self thren remorse after maybe 2munite. So, we always ask how can to control of our self.Acording to Travis Brad berry,"The sex Secret of Self-Control "consider to some of solutions which can help you to make control.

     Meditation one of them ,eat,sleep,exercises,ride the wave and forgive your self. Meditation it can help you.practice every day just 5 minutes.i.It helps you to improve your brain's ability to do control by your self.
     
     What I read it in many books try to learn your self to don't say anything just for 1munit ,you will see your self easy to control.bwhat I alway do when I become angry I go to my room for I don't see anyone or work in house.


     Every one has brad so,continue practice to find which work for you. Tryto do all the things until find what is approprte for you then practice whith it.
